How do I know a store is genuine?
Look for the PASTED Verified badge and open the trust profile behind it. It shows when PASTED verified the business, how long the store has traded and what customers have said.
When is my order confirmed?
After Flutterwave takes your payment, PASTED confirms it with Flutterwave directly. Only then is the order marked paid and the business told to fulfil it.
How do refunds work?
The business requests the refund and a second person approves it. The money is returned through Flutterwave to the method you paid with.
Why am I asked for my password again?
Some actions — changing where a business is paid, exporting customer data, closing a business — need a fresh confirmation, so a stolen session cannot do them.
What is a premium address?
A readable store address such as pasted.ng/yourname or yourname.pasted.ng. Brand and official names cannot be claimed, and released names are quarantined before reuse.
Why is a service marked “Coming Soon — Licensing in Progress”?
PASTED only contracts regulated services once the required licence is active. You can still register your interest.
